when printing, first use a 200 mesh plate to print the white background. If the customer has no special requirements, do not add white. Because the paper may have slight expansion and contraction, after adding white, the white background becomes larger, and the color behind it is difficult to cover the white background, resulting in inaccurate chromaticity. For example, for products with white color, when making film with the original, the white background should be 0.5 ~ 1mm less than the usual as far as possible. After whitening, there are lead screw transmission and rack transmission, which is just the same as the background without white, so that the overprint can be accurate

when printing the first color (white), first print several pieces of angular lines (crosshairs) to facilitate the overprint of the second color. The rest needs to seal off the needle position crosshairs and other redundant patterns, leaving only the patterns required by the product. Why? Because when the printed water transfer label is pasted on the object, it must be placed in the water, and the upper facial mask is separated from the backing paper. After separation, the small crosshair position falls into the water at the same time, and the crosshair will float on the required product with the water, affecting the operation. After sealing, there is no worry and it is convenient. After each color is printed, in order to prevent dust inhalation, we can use large newspapers to enclose the surroundings and the top, and sprinkle a little water on the ground at intervals to prevent people from walking around and drive dust to fall on the printed products. In the drying process after each color is printed, the only drying method is natural drying, which must not be assisted by fans, drying channels, dehumidifiers, etc. Under the action of external forces, the printed paper will stretch irregularly, and what awaits you is the price of money

2. Requirements for glue in water transfer printing process

after all colors are naturally dry, cover glue can be prepared. Covering glue is very important. It directly determines the quality of a product, so it should be paid more attention when covering glue in order to seek a longer-term future, meaning the fall of dust and hair. It is better to be truly dust-free, otherwise the scrap rate will be very high. At the same time, we should pay attention to adding thinner less and more frequently. When covering the glue, generally use the 80 target version

when applying photosensitive glue, scrape it twice on the front and back of the plate first, put it in an oven at 40 ° so that there will inevitably be one or another problems. After drying, apply it twice on the front and back respectively. The photosensitive glue is thicker, the glue is more saturated, and the three-dimensional sense is stronger. If the area is large and the object is irregular, the cover is far from thick enough to meet the operation requirements. When fitting, it will crack and curl around

finally, choose to cover the glue twice. The glue is thicker, which is more convenient to paste, and the waste products are reduced. After covering the glue, be sure to dry naturally for more than 8h before you can isolate the paper
